USA 1918 MEDICAL BELT.

A super piece of equipment, absolutely mint condition being the waistbelt with 10 individual pouches for medical equipment and a further hanging pouch, clearly marked at the back of the belt ‘Mills Company April 1918’ to both the belt and the lower pouch. Each pouch is full of its original contents, the bandages are marked ‘December 1917’ the lower pouch having a small compliment of original instruments and a diagnosis tag booklet marked ‘U.S. Army for use amongst sick and wounded on the battlefield’ with its original pencil.
