GERMAN WWII ARMY CAVALRY OFFICERS PARADE TUNIC WITH AIGULETTES.

A magnificent condition upper medium size parade tunic for a Leutnant in the 11th Cavalry Regiment. The material is of the finest grey quality contrasting beautifully with its dark green collar and yellow waffenfarbe overall. Standard army officers shoulder boards to the rank of Leutnant with yellow based cloth with the number ‘11’ in gilt attached. Yellow based heavily wire woven collar patches, yellow piped collar and front skirt also yellow piped rear skirt and cuffs to the tunic. A very high quality officers breast eagle attached with a set of adjutants aiguillettes. Silk tailors label of ‘Wilhelm Neufaus Potsdam’ attached to the inner upper section of its lining. To the interior pocket the original matching tailor’s label in canvas with the name of the officer, which is then the rank of ‘Oberfaheriach Diesenthal’ with the date of ‘April 1937’. Two loops for a medium size medal ribbon bar fitted and one set of loops below for another award. The tunic is completely free of any moth damage or stains.
