WWI IMPERIAL GERMAN BAVARIAN ULHAN HELMET.

A very fine example of the Ulhan style helmet, minor creasing to the beautiful condition skull, some congealing to the front peak, and to the mortar board top, having its large Bavarian front plate in white metal, domed clip over chin scales, white front peak trim, the helmet has its correct blue and white Bavarian field cockade enlisted ranks style, also its National Officers round cockade and white metal hook for a set of cap lines, the interior 9 tongued liner all complete, with the leather soft and supple, nicely regimentally marked in the indented style to the inside of the skull, 2 ULR,1906 , plus a further indented identical date 1906 preceded by the letters 1.E,( 1 ST Squadron), also the correct Army Corps markings of B.A II, The Bavarian Army only had 2 regiments of Ulans.
