GERMAN WWII TROPICAL ARMY M.35 COMBAT HELMET.

A good spray painted tropical helmet, some losses to the crown area otherwise generally complete. Original later apple green finish remaining to the interior shell. Marked ‘FE64’, batch numbers partially obscured, the remaining number is ‘23’ with M.35 interior liner, all complete, good deep colour, all tongues complete with its original drawstring, strap missing. To the rear of the helmet the original liner retaining rivet was missing and has been period replaced by a nut and bolt, the tropical paint is still attached to the nut and bolt.
