GERMAN WWII RELIC DOUBLE DECAL M35 SS HELMET AND RELIC BUCKLE.

This relic double decal SS helmet with the outline of its runic insignia and a much clearer outline of the swastika symbol decal, corroded overall but the corrosion has not gone through the metal, some degree of original paint left to the inner skirt. The leather portion of the liner is gone, all of the outer aluminium frame is present and it would appear that the previous collector has replaced the original liner retaining rivet pins. We do not have an idea where this was dug from but it accompanied by an equally relic Waffen SS enlisted mans buckle. Of the size markings only the number ‘68’ is still visible, the prior makers lettering has been obscured by congealed rust.
