GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE M.40 HELMET.

SE64 size shell, batch number 1131. The helmet was originally issued presumably as a single decal navy helmet, the outline of the decal can be seen and it has been over painted in a battleship grey. Good coverage of paint, some minor losses as can be seen on our web images, but a genuine Kriegsmarine helmet. The main section of the chinstrap is complete, the short section is broken but still present. The liner is complete, wear use evident with the name of ‘Egger’ applied to both sides of the liner. All tongues complete.
