A very nice example , high saddle shape, stamped size ’52 ½’. Good blue body, red piping to the crown and to the upper and lower parts of the black velvet centre band, national cockade. Fire Police nice quality cap badge with original leather strap and black side buttons. To the interior the sweatband is present, the full and complete celluloid lozenge gold blocked ‘Deutsche Wert Arbeit’ with an original owner’s name to a slip of paper below the gold blocking. Slight damage to the red waffenfarbe at the lower part of the black velvet band on the reverse side.
