GERMAN WWII FORESTRY SERVICE SKI CAP.

This is the extremely scarce Prussian forestry Baschlikmutze dated from 1934 to 35. Superb condition overall. No moth. Large size possibly 59 or 60 in forestry green with darker green piping. The two front buttons are the Prussian eagle style with a swastika to the centre. The lower button has taken some sort of abrasion, which has caused it to lose some of its detail. The cap is fitted with the Prussian cockade and the M.29 SA style political eagle. To the interior the light tan sweatband is complete with its multi stitched quilted lining for winter use to the interior. A ‘Cottbus’ maker silver blocked to the side of the light tan leather sweatband.
