GERMAN WWII ARMED FORCES SHORT PARADE BAYONET WITH CARBINE BLADE.

From a collection originally acquired in the Channel Islands of Great Britain, all were purchased in the 1970’s. Excellent condition carbine style blade, maker marked ‘Alcoso’. Excellent profile. Good detail to the blade overall. The bayonet is slotted for rifle fitting, which is working correctly. Good bright plating to the cross guard and upper pommel. Undamaged chequerboard grips. Fitted into its original scabbard, which has the majority of its original black paint finish remaining, some rubbing to the edges and some abrasions to the lower front area of the scabbard, with its frog lug.
