A good example of the mid war quality Luftwaffe Pilots badge, these normally have lost all of their finish and are quite dull and oxidised, this example has virtually all of its silver finish remaining to the oak and laurel leaf wreath. A light grey patinated finish to the Luftwaffe style eagle and swastika. Non maker marked. Two domed rivets on the reverse side, which have lost its silvered finish. Complete with its original pin, hook and hinge.
