A very fine example of the Luftwaffe Observer badge manufactured by CE Juncker Berlin, all of the silvered finish remaining to the oak and laurel leaf wreath, all of the dark patinated finish to the observer style eagle complete, superb depth of quality to the face side of the award, marked CE Juncker, Berlin W, on the reverse side of the eagle, two delicate domed rivets holding the eagle to the wreath, with its original pin hook and hinge, this is a service worn example, by virtue of the fact that the pin has been bent by the wearer to ensure that the badge fits to the uniform tunic more snugly.
