GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE DIVISION HERMANN GOERING FLIEGERBLUSE.

A highly unusual French Paris made Luftwaffe fliegerbluse, heavy thick enlisted ranks quality with excellent nap to the cloth, no visible moth damage to tunic. medium size tunic. The insignia is for an Obergefreiter in the Flak Regiment of Division Hermann Goering. Slip-on Luftwaffe white piped collar patches with white slip-on shoulder boards with white based collar patches with a twisted cord surrounding of red for the Flak Artillery, three gulls to each collar patch. Slight moth nips to the centre of one patch. A factory fitted machine stitched Luftwaffe enlisted ranks grey on Luftwaffe blue breast eagle. To the upper right hand sleeve a Luftwaffe Obergefreiter double striped rank insignia. A single Iron Cross 2nd class medal ribbon bar to the upper right hand breast. To the lower right sleeve is a machine embroidered in silver grey lettering ‘Hermann Goering’ with a run of silver tress on the upper and lower sections of the cuff title indicating NCO. The interior lining is the standard Luftwaffe lining with some staining to the upper inner back panel, which may be blood, however there is no other battle damage to the tunic. To the interior pocket bag is the maker’s name of ‘Naulet, Paris’ with below size stampings the date ‘1942’.
