The extremely rare French helmet of World War I specifically designed for wearing inside motorised armoured vehicles specifically the tank. Good large size, all of the horizon blue brush painted finish intact with minor chipping mainly to the current area, the original leather trim to the front all intact with some losses, the complete liner is fitted with its original drawstring some minor rodent bites around the rear seam of the leather liner, with its original chinstrap . A previous wearers names scratched into the rear inner skirt of the helmet, some minor rodent nips to the leather itself, all the corrugations fitted to the liner system, its original circular artillery badge fitted to face of the helmet, A rare helmet.
