GERMAN WWI M-16 TRENCH HELMET.

An extremely good condition example of a size EF 64 M-16 trench helmet, to the exterior with the exception of minor scratches and one tiny area measuring 5 mm x 5 mm the apple green finish is totally intact, the paint remains even on the liner retaining head pins, stamped to the crown the numbers R 350. To the interior ink stamped size 64, the M-16 leather banded liner is all complete, leather supple, excellent light tan colour remaining, all three cushion pads present, with its original leather drawstring, a chinstrap is fitted which we believe is a replacement. It would be extremely difficult to find a better example of a standard issued M-16 trench helmet.
