A very nice condition RS&S marked example of a high-quality minesweeper badge, all gilt remaining, with some frosted highlights, this is a service worn example, this is ascertained by the fact that the pin on the reverse side is slightly twisted, we have seen many examples of both Luftwaffe, Army and Naval badges twisted in this manner allowing the badge to fit more tightly on the uniform.
