A nicely constructed metal plaque measuring 18cm x 13cm with the side on view of the German soldier with his eagle and swastika decal to his helmet, an eagle above with the wording below ‘DEUTSCHLAND EHR UND WEHR’ (Germany’s honour and defence. Pin hole attachments in each corner, the lower left hand corner has broken away, probably affixed to a wooden base previously.
