GERMAN WWII PANZER OFFICERS VISOR CAP.

A very nice large size, possibly 59 or 60 Panzer officers visor cap. Good soft Melton material, no moth damage to the upper part of the cap, one moth nip to the lower part of the green centre band at the rear and two nips to the very lower green section below the centre band. A good set of stamped aluminium national eagle and cockade with standard officers cap cords in silver side buttons. To the interior the leather sweatband all in place but with evidence of wear use with slight cracking. Grey rayon lining to the upper inner part of the crown with grey brushed cotton lining to the lower section. A retailer from Vienna below the complete and undamaged centre celluloid lozenge. The orange foam cushion behind the forehead area has solidified and broken away, residue remains.
