GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE TROPICAL TUNIC.

A medium weight constructed tropical tunic in the Luftwaffe colour. Faded and age foxing over the complete tunic with its original machine stitched cross hatched Luftwaffe embroidered breast eagle. Loops for shoulder boards, the different shading where the shoulder boards were compared to the rest of the tunic can clearly be seen. This tunic is with its hand stitched Iron Cross ribbon to the second buttonhole having a crudely applied army Afrika Korps Bevo woven cuff title. Faint traces of the manufacturer’s name ink stamped to the interior with good clear size stampings. The manner in which the cuff title has been applied is identical to the application threads of the Iron Cross ribbons to the second buttonhole. Medium size.
