GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE PARATROOPER TROUSERS.

A well service used pair of the dedicated trousers only used by Luftwaffe paratroopers. Grey green in colour having all the correct features of two angled hip pockets with closure studs, an opening each side of the leg, one for the gravity knife fitting the other for access to the inner leg. Watch fob pocket. Belt loops and brace attachments. There are various patches that have been ordnance repaired to the trousers, two rear pockets both with buttons. Considerable wear to the cloth on the edges of the pocket flaps. The nap is thin overall. One patch to the lower front right thigh, another slightly larger to the lower left knee area. Faint traces of size markings to the light cream lining of the waistband.
