Maker marked ‘RK’ on the reverse side. The gilt is dull overall, the silvering remaining to the exploding bomb. Interestingly the badge has been bent convex by the naval wearer. Complete with its wide tapering vertical pin, hook and hinge. Quite often we have navy badges that have been personally bent convex to fit more snugly to the uniform, more so than any of the badges from any other arms of the services of the Third Reich.
