GERMAN WWII ARMY SONDERFUHRER OFFICERS VISOR CAP.

A very nice Erel produced Sonderfuhrer officers cap constructed in the grained wool cloth. One moth nip to the Sonderfuhrer green piping just above the eagle. The bamboo strengthener to the crown of the cap poking through the waffenfarbe to the left hand side. Standard grey centre band for Sonderfuhrer with a high quality stamped aluminium national eagle and matching cockade set. Standard officers cap cords. To the interior it is lined in the satin green with the full ‘Erel’ maker’s logo below the centre celluloid lozenge. Some light staining to the material both below the lozenge and to the side of the lozenge, with its original untouched mid brown sweatband, which again shows evidence of wear use. Standard fibre peak.
