Hospital issue hard card citation, A5 size, awarded to Italian whilst in hospital in Modena on the 20th November 1944, for the Wound Badge in Black. Signed by an officer at the Field Hospital 677. Official rubber stamp. The replacement Soldbuch being a simple double folded hard card dated 16th January 1945. This is a rare combat issue of a Wound Badge to a Reichbahn member., rank being Eisenbahner.
