GERMAN WWII SS PRESENTATION MEIN KAMPF BOX.

We have been fortunate in acquiring a number of these boxes over the past two years, this example is in generally excellent condition, the top cover having its SS runes with swastika below with laurel leaf carving to the outer edge. The base of the box is also good, quite often these boxes open at the seams after years, this has one joint slightly open and interestingly this is the only box we have ever obtained that has been lined to the inside by the owner in red velvet. Slight chipping to the wood on the upper edge of the part of the box that contains the Mein Kampf. These boxes with the presentation Mein Kampf were given to SS personnel on their wedding day. Condition Excellent.
