GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE NCO/MANS FLAK VISOR CAP.

Constructed in enlisted ranks fluffy material, size 56, no moth damage, standard mohair centre band with red piping for flak artillery. A very nice bright matched set of national eagle of the droop tail variety with its standard cockade. Double oval buckle strap, visor of the extra ribbed style normally encountered on Luftwaffe caps. To the interior the mid tan leather sweatband has some slight damage and cracks. Well marked to the inside ‘L/FLK.RGT.34 ( Luftwaffe Flak Regiment 34 )’ with a further date of ‘1937’. Centre celluloid lozenge undamaged, the name of the retailer or manufacturer is obscure but to the centre of the lozenge a clear outline of a German Third Reich period visor cap.
