A highly emotive pair of letters and a citation for the Minesweeper badge belonging to Kriegsmarine Matrosen Fritz Nauruschat. Fully illuminated A5 citation for the Minesweeper badge dated October 41, pen signed by the Captain and Commander of the 1st Sicherungsdizion, folded once, non punch-holed with two accompanying hand written letters to the recipients mother dated 31st January and 23rd February 1945 by that time he would have been serving in a Marine Infantry Unit on the Eastern Front. Both letters have been translated into English. The first letter in January 45 he annotates Without identifying the area Eastern Front 23 2.45.
