GERMAN WWII SS WAR CORRESPONDANTS SOLDBUCH AND WEHRSTAMMBUCH.

An extremely rare grouping of early type soldbuch without facility for a photograph to SS Schutz Heinrich Peetz, award shown in the soldlbuch include the NSDAP 10 year Long Service medal, the Entry into Sudetenland medal, the Old Fighters arm chevron for the SS, War Service Cross 2nd class. His wehrstammbuch is full of details about his service. There is some damp damage towards the rear of the file but everything is still legible containing full service details including certificate of his appointment to the SS Kriegsberichter-Abt and he served with the 2nd SS Panzer Division Das Reich. There is also a photograph in civilian dress. It would appear that this wehrstammbuch was at one stage in Russian hands as there is wording to the front cover in the Russian Cyrillic alphabet.
