The difficult to obtain all cast aluminium straps and buckles for fitting to the standard navy dagger but with white Aluminium fittings indicating a naval administration officer. Fabric excellent with all black velvet backing, with its small steadying chain. All of the sprung loaded buckles complete and working correctly.
