GERMAN WWII COMBAT GAS MASK IN CONTAINER WITH ALL STRAPPING.

A very nice condition gas mask, ink stamped to the filter with the date ‘1940’. All green canvas with good colour. Elasticated head strapping complete, with an owner’s name of ‘Stechel’ with applied label to one of the straps. The container has its spare lenses within its compartment. Much of the original paint finish to the container present with slight rubbing on the high points of the ribs with all strapping complete.
