FRENCH WWII SMCF ARMBAND.

The SMCF were the protective force for the French railways, this is the most beautifully constructed armband measuring 31cm in length in red and green silk, bordered with gold trim. Red and green coloured tab and gilt buckle fixture to the arm. Magnificently embroidered to the centre with the letters ‘SMCF’ with the motif of the French railways below. The whole interior of the armband is lined in red silk. The quality of this item cannot be exaggerated.
