GERMAN WWII TROPICAL SECOND PATTERN ARMY COMBAT TUNIC.

A very nice condition medium size tropical tunic for a soldier in a mountain troop unit, with its factory applied Bevo woven tan on blue collar patches its correct Bevo woven blue on tan breast eagle the tunic showing very little wear use. All buttons of the removable type, heavily RB numbered and size marked to the interior of the tunic with the depot issue designation M 44. The shoulder boards fitted have more wear than the tunic itself are an original pair of the very late war mounted trooper’s rayon piped shoulder boards which are unlined. At this period of the war this tropical tunics would have been worn in central Italy Greece and the Balkans.
