An extremely nice condition infantry officers visor cap, constructed in high quality material, some minor moth tracking to the very fluffy nap just to the right of the national eagle, white waffenfarbe, dark green centre band, good matching set of stamped aluminium eagle and national cockade, bullion cap cords, high saddle shape. To the interior a very wide version of the ersatz type sweatband in light tan, the interior lining in gold matt satin ,centre celluloid lozenge with the gold blocked wording of Sonderklasse DRGM , a size label 56 ½ placed inside the lozenge but the cap would appear to be slightly larger on test.
