A very unusual piece of flying dress from World War II being the fur collared canvas tunic worn by a lieutenant in the Italian Air Force, a very nicely designed garment typical of Italian design, central zip which is German-made and marked Ri Ri, a breast map pocket, two lower non-flapped angled hip pockets, the fur collar is button attached to the inner blanket lining which is button attached to the whole inner garment, a small size 4 label is fitted to the blanket lining, elasticated cuffs and lower bottom band, bottom bands whatever nation normally are badly attacked by moth the lower band on this garment has one moth hole the cuffs also have very few moth nips, attached to the upper right hand breast is the lieutenants Air Force insignia, the overall size of the garment is large possibly size 44-46, and is a very attractive wearable item as well as being a scarce aviation collectable. zip is fully functional.
