Some small pinhole moth nips to the crown, some further moth damage to the yellow waffenfarbe, the body of the cap is produced in the canvas-like material with the standard velvet centre band. A correct set of political gilded eagle, central wreath and multi enamelled swastika centred cockade with its gold cap cords and gilded side buttons. To the interior it is gold satin lined with its original RZM issue ticket. The central celluloid lozenge is complete with a maker’s size label of ‘56½’ within the lozenge. The sweatband has one tear to the side otherwise complete with slight age foxing to the leather. The Reich level is the highest level of all the political caps.
