GERMAN WWII CAVALRY OFFICERS OVERSEA’S CAP.

An untouched and field used Officers overseas cap with golden yellow soutache for Cavalry regiment, slightly shredded. Some loss of nap to cloth, bevo officers eagle and bullion officers roundel. One small moth nip to side. Interestingly this cap is constructed with no air vents, signifying later war manufacture. Much wear and staining to inside silk cloth lining, no dates or marker marks visible. Although we’ll used, this is a fine example of a ‘been there’ cap and a very hard to find, desirable colour soutache.
