FRENCH WWI GRAS BAYONET.

A good clean condition Gras bayonet, Blade maker marked and dated 1877, excellent blade, undamaged scabbard with slight surface rusting. Wood and brass hilt complete, with rifle fixing mechanism working correctly. The bayonet has been exposed from its scabbard and left hanging in a room full of smoke nicotine we had to polish the flat back of the blade to reveal the maker’s name and date, all of the nicotine will polish out if desired.
