GERMAN WWI M18 CAMOUFLAGE TRENCH HELMET.

A very good M 18 camouflage trench helmet ,shell size SI 66, excellent camouflage pattern of a three colour combination, brown/maroon green and ochre with black separation lines between the colours. As we have stated previously German World War I camouflage trench helmets have evolved into an art form and this helmet has an unusual pattern. Some minor abrasions the paint finish, the interior still having its apple green with its ink stamped AK 66 as well as the stamping into the shell, with the M 18 metal liner band and its three light cream leather pads each with their inner horsehair pads and original drawstring.
