BULGARIAN WWII HEADDRESS.

A rare piece of headdress from WWII being a Bulgarian General’s fur cap, recently a very fine Bulgarian WWII and WWI collection was sold in a auction in central Europe, This very fine and scarce General’s cap was included. Good white fur to the body, red cloth top with gold crossed tress with a very nice high quality enameled star badge. Simple cotton lining with leather sweatband. Bulgaria remained neutral until March 1941 and then went into alliance with the Axis powers until September 1944, at that point Bulgaria reached an agreement with the allies. One moth hole to the very front of the red cloth upper body.
