Probably the best infantry assault badge in silver we have ever had, all silver finish remaining maker marked on the reverse side by the scarce maker FZS which is Friedrich Zimmerman of Stuttgart which incorporates the runic S as used by the SS. Magnetic flat pin, very slight bend to the left hand side of the wreath, otherwise excellent condition.
