GERMAN WWII M35 DOUBLE, NOW SINGLE DECAL COMBAT HELMET.

A good untouched size Q62 model 1935 double decal combat helmet that has been over painted in accordance with the 1940 regulations of eliminating the national tricolour. The army decal still good and clear, some minor loss of paint finish just above the right-hand side of the army eagle. The interior having a nice dry storage feel, the mid tan leather liner all complete, with its original drawstring, leather soft and supple. The chinstrap fitted to the square edged M 35 aluminium strap posts nicely marked E.A.S.40. Faint traces of the original wearer’s name painted into the rear skirt.
