GERMAN WWII ARMY SINGLE DECAL COMBAT HELMET.

A good M.40 large Q66 size shell retaining much of its original field grey finish with slight rust bleed to the crown and other areas. The army decal has slight rust bleed to the left hand side but the decal is otherwise virtually complete, with its original untouched liner, the leather has become thin on the one inner edge. The quite indistinct size stamping to the leather appears to be size 58 and one long section of the original chinstrap is still attached to the helmet with a short section, which includes the buckle to the opposite side.
