A good size cavalry officers overseas cap constructed in enlisted ranks material. Standard silver piping to the crown and front scallop of the cap, with its correct Bevo silver woven eagle on a light green background. Officers bullion cockade with the golden yellow inverted V of a cavalry unit. Excellent nap to the cloth. No moth damage. Brushed cotton lining with the name ‘Kohl’ hand applied to the interior lining material with the size stamp ‘56½’.
