GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE ALL STEEL BUCKLE.

An unusual buckle for the Kriegsmarine being in all steel with only very faint remains of the marine gilding in the lower field of the central scroll. On the reverse side of the buckle much of the gilding remains. Raised maker’s stamp ‘CTD 1943’.
