GERMAN WWII ARTILLERY OFFICERS OVERSEAS CAP.

A very nice size 57½ artillery officers overseas cap, constructed in enlisted ranks rough quality material. Correct configuration for an officer of silver waffenfarbe surrounding the crown and front scallop of the cap. Fitted with its silver Bevo officers wire woven eagle on a dark green background. National cockade in bullion, some slight shredding to some of the strands of the bullion cockade. Red inverted artillery waffenfarbe around the cockade. To the interior is enlisted ranks brushed cotton grained lining with very faint stamping of ‘57½’. A dark brown forehead sweatband fitted, stamped ‘Qualitat Leder’. Good nap to the cloth, no moth damage.
