GERMAN WWII 1ST PATTERN AFRIKA KORPS LONG LACE UP BOOTS.

The long lace up boots in canvas and leather introduced for the Afrika Korps were produced in three models, the 1st model is without doubt the rarest. We are here offering a mismatched pair of the 1st pattern long boots. When the boots were issued they were laid on the ground in piles of left and rights in all different sizes, the soldiers were then ask to pick one from each pile and no consideration was made as to the colour of the canvas, they do differ slightly, one is more green than the other. The boots are in magnificent condition.
