As is well known during the period of the Third Reich, towns, cities and villages all over Germany had political celebrations, for those celebrations many privately instituted items of regalia and propaganda were produced, this is a prime example of that. Mint condition 72cm black swastikas on white field, printed on cardboard with a surrounding imitation grass wreath. A hanging loop fixed to the rear. Slight age foxing but an extremely historical item.
