GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE TROPICAL VISORED FIELD CAP.

A visored field cap totally bleached white worn by a member of the Luftwaffe in North Africa. Correct tan edged national cockade, grey on tan hand applied eagle, to the eagle there is one unidentified stain, which match the stains on other parts of the headdress. Fraying to the reverse side of the cap and severe fraying to the edge of the front visor. The interior lining also bleached white, the lining itself is loose from the main body. A fabulous piece of North African history.
