GERMAN WWII ARMY ARTILLERY OFFICERS OVERSEAS CAP.

A nice heavy Melton material constructed officers overseas cap in a slightly lighter shade of grey. Excellent nap to the cloth, no moth damage. Silver piping to the crown and the front scallop of the cap. One unidentifiable stain in the crown area. Correct mint bright Bevo woven silver eagle on green background with a matching cockade. Red inverted waffenfarbe. To the interior the cap is lined in a grey brushed cotton, stamped size ‘55’. To the forehead area a sweatband in grey leather which does have some slight cracking.
