GERMAN WWII K98 BAYONET WITH MATCHED NUMBERS & FROG.

Superb blade with virtually all of its original blued finish remaining, thinness to the blueing close to the tip, numbered ‘2476’, on the opposite side the maker ‘WKC’. Bakelite grips. Double waffen amt stamp to the upper pommel area with the rifle retaining button working correctly. The scabbard which is number matched has been cleaned with the blueing missing. Mint condition frog is fitted, maker coded ‘GFG 1942’. All white stitching is bright.
