An interesting battlefield pick-up grouping, very good quality probably real silver example but not 800 marked with stamped makers mark ‘KO’ on the reverse. Black finish worn to the face side of the award. Together with the following items. A WWI Army Certificate of Employment during the war issued to Sergeant G.S.Brazier, South Staffordshire Regiment. Army voucher for a suit of civilian clothes to Sergeant Brazier. A group photograph in uniform of South Staffordshire officers and nco, Sergeant Brazier marked with an ‘X’, sent to his wife Mrs. G.S.Brazier with note ‘FOREST HALL 1917’. His unemployment book 1921. National Health Insurance card and South Staffordshire wooden regimental plaque.
