GERMAN WWII ARMY PANZER BERET.

A nice panzer beret, the beret itself having the correct swirl pattern that it should have when taking the beret off and looking through it into the light, with its untouched set of grey on black Bevo woven eagle and wreath. The six paneled oilskin liner all intact with its ‘Clemens Wagner Uniform & Mutzenfabrik’ label stitched to the centre of the oilskin liner. The sweatband is the light tan ersatz style of liner. Quite commonly panzer berets can have either unit markings and/or dates on the inside of the sweatband, however as this is the ersatz pattern liner and is very susceptible damage when being lowered down to inspect the inside we have not attempted to view the inside of the sweatband, the band itself, although complete, already has one crack in it. A rare piece of German panzer headdress.
